Benefits of Home Staging

An Advantage In Any Market
  • Staged homes sell FASTER and for MORE MONEY than non-staged homes
  • In a Buyer's Market, staging gives your house the needed edge to outshine the competition and attract offers
  • In a Seller's Market, staging often leads to overbidding and a higher sale price
Why Staging Works
  • Buyers connect with the inviting appearance and livability of a staged home
  • Staged homes look much better in print and internet advertising. With 87% of buyers starting their home search online, you want the best looking photos.
  • Staged homes are recognized by Realtors and buyers as the best properties to see
  • Staged homes present the image of a well-cared-for property
Return On Investment
A 2007 Home Gain survey of real estate agents established that an investment in basic home improvements and home staging services yielded the highest returns on investment.

More reasons to stage
Most sellers cannot view their homes objectively. A third party, professional assessment of a house's strengths and weaknesses is key to properly "packaging" the home for sale.

Few buyers can visualize the potential of a home. This is why home staging is critical! You don't want the advantages of your home overlooked and left up to a buyer's imagination.

Homes are purchased based on emotion. Buyers only make offers if they "feel" your house could become their home. We create emotional connection points to draw in potential buyers.

Buyers tend to "profile" sellers during their buying decisions. A neat and organized house leaves the impression that the seller has maintained their home.

Unfurnished homes are cold and uninviting. The idea of a vacant home being the best way to showcase a property has proven unfounded.  With a vacant home, normal wear and tear is much more visible, and every small flaw becomes obvious as there is nothing else to look at.

Avoid misperception. Leaving a house vacant can put sellers at a disadvantage. Many buyers will assume that because the homeowners have already moved they are anxious to sell, inviting low offers.
